Seiyuu awards

wereowlNow you can vote for your favourite seiyuu of the year. The poll is open till 2009-01-01. As a non-japanese, you can vote here in the Overseas Fan’s Choice Awards. It's in English so no problem with voting. The bad thing is you can choose only one name >_>
Or there is another possibility, to vote as japanese people do here. But that requires you to vote in kanji ~_^ You can use ANN website, find your favourite seiyuu and copy+paste his name in kanji to the form. Narrow boxes in the form are for names of seiyuu, the wider ones are for your comments, eg. anime/character name etc. The categories are following:
I think the first four categories are clear. The best new actor/actress have to be a person who debuted in less than 5 years. Too bad they don't have a list of nominees so we could easily find out who is new to the business and who is not. I was advised to use japanese wiki to find out the year of their debut. I tried Kishio Daisuke just to find out he started in 1996 - definitely not a rookie!
For "best personality" you should choose someone who was active in radio programs, TV or something like that. I hope events count too, vivat Omaera no tame darou ^^
You don't have to fill all the comment boxes or choose someone in every category (thanks god because I don't know female seiyuu at all). You can vote only once, of course, but I'm not sure how it works with the Overseas Fan's Choice. Can I vote in this category AND the japanese ones as well? No idea. It seems they don't expect overseas fans to know japanese or be able to find someone to translate it for them.
I still have to think whom to vote for. Any ideas? MoriMori as the best singing seiyuu (Blue Steel Knight!) is a must, but other categories are not that clear...
EDIT: YESSS, I just forced my friend to vote for Heika in Overseas fans category. Nyanko-sensei rulezz!

I almost voted for Daisuke (the best personality cathegory). Nevertheless, Mori deserves it more. I hope Daisuke Kishio will performe another perfect song or sketch this year too - and gets my voice in the voting immediately. But for now, it is Mori.
